Author Registration
At least one author of every accepted paper should register no later than June 14, 2020 to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings.
Basically, one regular registration will cover the publication of only one accepted paper. Each additional accepted paper by the same “corresponding” author will follow the policy described below. In case of four or more papers, only three registrations are required, which will cover the attendance of three people at the conference. Beyond these three registered participants, additional registrations by coauthors and students are needed to participate in the conference.

Note : As the conference is held online, every participant must make registration by himself/herself.

Early registration is assumed.- A student who is a corresponding author of one paper and no coauthor makes registration
- JPY 30,000 (Regular registration is needed)
- A student who is a corresponding author of one paper and some coauthor makes a regular registration
- JPY 20,000 (Student registration)
- A corresponding author of two papers, none of coauthors participate.

Payment
Please pay the registration fee in fourteen days after registration. Payment can be made through credit card(VISA/MasterCard/JCB), PayPal, or Bank transfer (only from Japan). Please see the document 銀行振り込みについて for more information on the Bank transfer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel your registration, please notify the secretariat by an email to itccscc2020 at gmail.com. Refunds will be made if cancellation occurs before June 14, 2020, with the processing fee. No refund will be made after June 14, 2020 or for no show. If you have any questions regarding the registration, please contact the secretariat.

Payment by a Credit card or PayPal can be done in https://tsys.jp/itc-cscc/cgi/participant_payment.cgi.
