Instruction for presentation

ITC-CSCC is held online using Zoom. Please install newest version of Zoom client application from https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting (application is preferred though one could use Zoom on modern web browsers).  It is strongly recommended to test your client in advance if you are new to Zoom. See getting started with zoom for more information.

Presenters should join the Zoom meeting corresponding to the session at least 5 minutes before the session starts.

The URLs for the sessions can be found in Session Tables and Session Schedule in
https://tsys.jp/itc-cscc/cgi/online_archive.cgi ,
which will open at July 3, 0:00 (JST).
You are requested your Registration ID(5xxx) and password.

Oral session

Each speaker has 20 minutes including presentation and Q&A. Show your presentation material (of any kind, e.g. PowerPoint, PDF, Keynote, etc) by sharing screen.

Oral session does not require presenters’ own Zoom account.

Poster session

In order to make the poster successful, we ask ALL poster presenters the following two favors A and B.

A. Prepare for having your own Zoom Basic account (free) by signing up at the Zoom official web page: https://zoom.us/signup. During the poster session time, each presenter is to  INDIVIDUALLY open a Zoom meeting with his/her own Zoom account and  waits for upcoming participants.

B. Schedule your individual meeting above and get the URL(See the section “Inviting others for a scheduled meeting”).
Upload your poster file as PDF and your Zoom meeting URL beforehand by JULY 1ST at the following URL with your paper ID (1xxx) and password:

We do recommend authors describe all contents within one page. The upload web system accepts only one-page PDF file composed of at most four divided parts. The procedure of a poster session is currently planned as follows.

1. Both presenters and participants join the main poster Zoom meeting at the beginning of a poster session. The URL of this main session is to be announced later. The session chair introduces all presentation titles as well as the URLs of those presenters’ Zoom meetings and then closes such main poster Zoom. Each participant goes to its favorite Zoom meeting.

2. Since each poster presenter individually opens a Zoom meeting with his/her own Zoom account, participants join one or more meetings with the URL notified beforehand.
