WildC++ interpreter README file This package contains WildC++ interpreter. It is an integration of C/C++ interpreter CINT developped at Hewlett-Packard Japan and Tcl/Tk developped at University of California Berkley. You can enjoy platform independent graphics programming easily. Linking user program as DLL is much simpler when using cint/makecint than adding Tcl/Tk extension command. YOU NEED: WildC++ works on HP-UX, Linux, Windows-95 and Windows-NT 3.51/4.0. This package contains binary distribution for Windows-95, Windows- NT 3.51/4.0. You need to install Tcl/Tk and WildC++. WildC++ is implemented as a Dynamically Linkable extension to Tcl7.5/Tk4.1. Tcl7.5/Tk4.1 : win41p1.exe WildC++ : wildc.tgz , setup.exe SETUP Tcl/Tk: Run WIN41P1.EXE to install Tcl75/Tk41. !!! IMPORTANT !!! vvvvvv Tcl7.5/Tk4.1 MUST be installed into C:\Tcl directory. You may have to mannually change this during Tcl7.5/Tk4.1 setup dialog. SETUP WildC++: Change directory to where you find wildc.tgz file. Run SETUP.EXE in that directory to install WildC++. The setup script assumes Tcl/Tk is installed in C:\Tcl directory. WildC++ files are copied into C:\WildC directory. UNINSTALL: Delete all files and directories under C:\WildC to uninstall WildC++. Tcl/Tk can be uninstalled by its' uninstaller. COPY ICON: There is an WildC++ shortcut icon in C:\WildC\bin\WildCxx.lnk. You can copy this to desktop or folder. Usage: Usage is explained in C:\WildC\WildC.txt.
